Best cordless pipe freezing kit — Rothenberger vs Monument?

Looking to invest in a decent cordless pipe freezing kit. I've been borrowing a colleague's Rothenberger Rofrost Turbo but it's getting old. Monument do a similar kit. Anyone used both? How long does the freeze actually hold on 15mm and 22mm copper in practice? I'm sick of draining systems just to change a valve.

The Rothenberger Rofrost Turbo 2.0 is the industry standard for a reason. Freezes 15mm in under 4 minutes, 22mm in about 8. The freeze holds for as long as you leave it running. Monument do a decent budget version but the Rothenberger head quality is noticeably better and the CO2 cartridges are everywhere. Worth paying the extra.

One thing nobody mentions — wrap the pipe in a wet rag before applying the freeze head on 22mm. The extra thermal mass helps get a solid ice plug faster and it holds longer. Also if the pipe has any water flow at all (even a drip) the freeze won't hold. You must isolate everything upstream before freezing. Learned this the hard way.
